Katrina Klein, RDH, CEAS, CPT
Welcome back, Peeps!
As we herald in a new year, it’s probably about time that we drag ourselves to the gym (or open the rowing machine that’s been sitting in its box for months).
This week on the third mic we are happy to have Katrina Klein, the founder of ErgoFit Life. In her decade-long career as an RDH (while moonlighting as a bodybuilder), Katrina came to recognize the health issues that all medical professionals face in their work. She speaks from experience when it comes to working and living healthier as a dental professional. In her work she offers individualized assessments and workout routines focused on workers in the medical field. We talk about chronic pain, preventative ergonomics, and how to live and work in a dental office pain-free. Katrina Klein provides some tangible ways we can build a program for ourselves that serves our unique needs.
We answer these questions and much more:
- Do Dental Hygienists have bad backs?
- How can I work out and work full time?
- Does working out improve metabolism?
- What is an ergonomic assessment?
Katrina’s Biography:
For Katrina Klein, ergonomics is everything. She is a full time practicing Registered Dental Hygienist - has been for 13 years and counting. She knows firsthand the struggle of working in a stationary, inflexible environment. Katrina has dedicated herself to helping others prevent injury in the workplace, free themselves from physical discomfort in their dental career, and to retire without a disability. Whether instructing individual clinicians, small or large groups, she is passionate about teaching others to work smarter, not harder. She has been published in DentalTown Magazine and has more articles on the way!
As a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer, Katrina has attained a unique understanding of the biomechanics behind clinical ergonomics. Her credentials include certification as an Ergonomics Assessment Specialist, which has given her the expertise and training to help provide safer procedures through proper ergonomics.
Thank you to our peeps at Dentsply Sirona for sponsoring our 60th episode holy molar!
While Irene is at home scratching her hives, her team is eagerly awaiting the training on their brand new and amazingly awesome SiroLaser that has so many features that can be utilized by both doctors and hygienists.
Irene shares her reasons for patiently awaiting its release here in Canada, some of those reasons being the ability to set procedure fav's for easy use during the treatment time.
- Debridement of the diseased epithelial lining
- Laser removal of diseased, infected, inflamed and necrosed soft tissue within the periodontal pocket
- Laser soft tissue curettage
- Sulcular debridement (removal of diseased, infected, inflamed and
the necrosed soft tissue in the periodontal pocket to
improve clinical indices including gingival index, gingival bleeding index, probe depth, attachment loss and tooth inability)
Katrina shares some important information on the recent investigation around pathogen reduction with Lasers and the connection to ultrasonics, aerosols and a very informative article written by Noel Paschke titled, "A Path of Fewer Aerosols with Ultrasonics"

Thursday Dec 31, 2020
Namaste, peeps!
Dr. Christian and Dr. Danielle AKA the Dental Yogis join us for their second guest appearance on the podcast (listen to their first appearance here!). The Dental Yogis talk about bringing spirituality not only into the dental setting but into all of our daily lives. In the words of Dr. Christian, it is this couples’ goal to bring a postural awareness gained through yoga into a comprehensive dentistry practice. The Yogis talk about their history of extremely difficult and life-affirming decisions to get where they are now.
When Christian and Danielle are not hosting Yoga classes for dental professionals on Instagram live, they are collaborating on holistic smile transformation surgery which accounts for the mind-body and spirit of every patient. Their radically compassionate form of dentistry approaches oral surgery as a wellness retreat, where the smile is only one factor in a whole-body transformation.
The Dental Yogis also go into detail on how they devised an upcoming service trip/wellness retreat in the Dominican Jungle, where dentists and hygienists can provide dental services to the Dominican population while becoming acquainted with their body, mind, and the energy that surrounds us all. Read all about the retreat which takes place from Feb. 7-14 on their website at www.dentalyogis.com/mission
The Dental Yogis’ Bio:
Dr. Danielle Cascioli and Dr. Cristian Pavel practice dentistry about 10 miles apart in downtown Chicago, but something much deeper connects them. The couple, who have been together since before dental school, share a love for yoga, and they want to introduce the benefits of the ancient discipline to their colleagues in the profession.
“As dentists, we most commonly express our souls through our art and service to our communities,” Dr. Pavel said. “Practicing yoga helps to highlight these expressions in order to bring more joy and awareness onto every aspect of our profession. Having a deeper connection with yourself also allows for much richer connections with your patients and an overall richer life experience.”
Drs. Cascioli and Pavel teach yoga and offer life coaching to other dental professionals through a practice called the Dental Yogis. They’ve developed a program that uses the principles of yoga and its physical, mental and spiritual disciplines to provide students “the freedom to create a transformation map towards the life of your dreams.”

Howdy Peeps!
Welcome back to episode 56! Holy molar look at us go with awesome and fun content. This week Irene is on an infection control binge which funny enough ties into our awesome sponsor Hu-Friedy. Irene chats about how much she loves the new website format at Hu-Friedy.com and specifically the infection control tab that outlines SOOOOO MANY important resources we all should check out. HuFriedyGroup provides a complete circle of protection for practitioners as well as resources for staying up to date on the latest guidelines/regulations from CDC, OSHA, State Boards, and more.
Today we are joined by Jasmine Capra, dental hygienist and founder of JustFlossIt. She is known for her often hilarious tik tok, her highly informative Instagram, and her now her brand new podcast! We talk at length about the day to day reality of the life of a dental professional and influencer. We have admired Jasmine’s honesty on social media and the way she weaves polished sponsored content into her online personality while never compromising her truest self.
Despite what you've heard, free floss does not pay the bills! Some of the topics covered include negotiating sponsored social media contracts, the real amount of time it takes to be a dental influencer, and visions of a future of a more compassionate and forgiving social media environment.
Pick up the new comfy, cozy, embroidered JustFlossIt crewneck sweater on Jasmine’s website!
We cover some of these topics and much more:
- How do you negotiate a paid partnership on Instagram?
- How much is one Instagram post worth?
- Do you have any advice for a first time sponsored post?
- How does a dental hygienist respond to rude patients?
- Will Irene ever win rock, paper, scissors?
Jasmine Capra in her own words:
“To begin, my father came here from Mexico around the age of 16. After pursuing a career as a dental hygienist, he began to enlighten me of the profession. Seeing the profound effect he had on changing people’s smiles and oral health, I knew I had to be apart of it as well. My father later followed his passion by going back to school and becoming a dentist. To me, I view this as the epitome of the “American Dream,” that I am so proud to be apart of.
As a new grad and entering the field, I have decided to share my journey with you all. I created “Justflossit,” as a way to enlighten people not only in the healthcare field but also everybody who is anybody about oral health.
Justflossit partners with brands both locally and internationally from oral healthcare needs to fashion. I pride myself on only standing by products I truly believe in.”

#52 - Randy Houska "They call me Dr. Chelsea's dad"
Tuesday Nov 03, 2020
Tuesday Nov 03, 2020
This week we are joined by an accomplished dentist and father of Teen Mom star Chelsea Houska, Dr. Randy ‘PapaRandilicious’ Houska! Stay tuned for his extra special and heart-rending Tooth or Dare at the end of the episode.
Big thanks to our sponsors at Dentsply Sirona for this amazing episode and encouraging Irene to get a ProphyJet, she is absolutely obsessed and can not go without using it on nearly every patient. If you want your perio life to be changed, DM Irene so she can rant a bit about how much love she has for this piece of equipment!
A self-described Farm Boy, Randy Houska never had dreams of being a dentist. Growing up in the small town of Mitchell, South Dakota (home of the world’s only corn palace!), Dr. Houska knew he wanted to leave farm life behind and found his way into dental school at the University of Nebraska.
Randy tells the saga of Chelsea’s pregnancy at 16 and her subsequent journey into filming MTV’s “16 and Pregnant” and then “Teen Mom.” emotional growth that came from the show. He talks about the difficulty of being online as an MTV celebrity and swears that, of all social media, Reddit is by far the worst.
Dr. Houska shares information about his work with Implant Pathway and The New Horizon Dental Clinic in Tempe, Arizona where low-income families can receive high-quality healthcare at the lowest possible cost and new dentists can practice dental surgery.
As an MTV star, a father, and a widely experienced dentist, Randy Houska and answers our burning questions:
- Is Teen Mom scripted?
- What advice would you give to a teenage mom?
- As a dentist, how do you approach a patient you suspect might be experiencing abuse at home?
- Do dads roll into your DM's?
- Who's your favourite Canadian?
“You’ve gotta love yourself before you go lookin’ for another man”
-Randy Houska
Bio:
Dr. Randy Houska was raised in Mitchell, SD on a small farm and received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at the University of South Dakota. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Dentistry in 1989. His post-graduate plans took him to Vermillion, SD, where he has had a private practice since then. After 25 years of private practice, he found a new love of dentistry focusing on implant dentistry. He can be found several times per year at implant focused on continuing education events.

Mia’s current projects aim to answer a few questions such as:
- Are hygienists better than Dentists at wearing PPE and following sanitary guidelines?
- How do you deliver oral hygiene to patients with dementia?
- What is the best perio procedure?
- Is it possible to have a creative life outside of dentistry?

Episode 49: Ana Bogdanovic: Your dental lab peeps have a story too
Monday Oct 12, 2020
Monday Oct 12, 2020
Today we have a very special guest Ana Bogdanovic, who takes us on a trip down memory lane through the days of bottle service, breast cancer, and bespoke dental laboratory marketing. Ana comes from two extremely talented dental parents, but she wasn’t always convinced that dentistry was her path.
She had a degree in marketing and worked in the service industry (when she first met Irene!) founded a successful up and coming jewelry company, but wasn’t totally sure of where life would take her. At 24, Ana was diagnosed with breast cancer. While breast cancer at such a young age is almost unheard of, Ana tells us she would go through every minute of chemo again because of the person it has helped her become.
Fast forward to today: Ana Bogdanovic has successfully created the Zann Dental Lab brand and image. She has brought her marketing expertise to the dental laboratory world and made her mark in the field, offering personalized and frankly beautiful design to her lab and professional newsletter. She walks us through the steps of making this dental business into a reality and how she navigated the unsure times in her life and career.
Ana dispenses some radical wisdom and answers some important questions, including:
● How do we find our passion for dentistry?
● How can I make my dental brand special?
● Is cancer painful?
● How can we see the humanity in our patients?
● How can we exceed expectations as a dental professional?
Ana drops some serious knowledge about learning to love oneself while pursuing her career aspirations that remain true to who we are.

We ask Irene General Questions such as:

Irene answers Dr. Costes’ questions about the business of dentistry:
- What did the buildout cost?

You do NOT want to miss Dr. Mark Costes’ final words to us. It truly reminds us of the WHY behind our work. Thank you endlessly to our co-host, Dr. Mark Costes, for sharing insight and for drilling (pun intended) Irene on her business plan.
Bio:
Dr. Mark Costes is far from a typical dentist and dental coach. During his career, he has been able to start or acquire over a dozen successful dental practices during some of the profession’s most challenging times. But Dr. Costes’s journey was not without its setbacks. In fact, he credits much of his success to the fact that he made more mistakes in his first year of private practice ownership than most dentists make in an entire career. What separated him from the masses, however, was the fact that he viewed each failure and roadblock as a learning experience and an opportunity to improve his business and life. This philosophy, as well as his decision to model the world’s most successful entrepreneurs and dentists, has led him to where he is today.
Dr. Costes is an international keynote speaker and the founder of the Dental Success Institute, a company committed to helping dentists to achieve their full potential while recapturing their passion for dentistry. He is also the co-founder and CEO of the Dental Success Network, a vibrant community of dentists from around the globe focused on maximizing access to advanced clinical and practise management education to the profession. Dr. Costes is the International and #1 Amazon Best Selling Author of the book Pillars of Dental Success. His internet radio show, The Dentalpreneur Podcast now has listenership from over 150 countries worldwide. Mark and his wife Leslie have three sons; Bryce, Brendan, Brady and their dog Bear. They live in Prescott, AZ.

Dr. Howard Farran DDS, MBA
Another epic recorded live at Voices of Dentistry and kindly sponsored by our friends at Dentsply Sirona. We go back in time with the sometimes absurd, mostly irreverent, and always hilarious Howard
Farran DDS, MBA and talk through his career to discover how he became the dentist he is
today. The man needs no introduction, but I’ll give one anyway. Dr. Farran is the founder & CEO
of Dentaltown, Orthotown, Hygienetown, an International lecturer, and the host of one of the
most-listened-to dentistry podcasts, Dentistry Uncensored.
Dr. Howard Farran opened his first dental office in Phoenix, Arizona right out of college with no
patients, no mentor, and no nearly no money. He lays out exactly how a dentistry grad can build
a business from the ground up in a city they’ve never even visited. The dental business guru
answers our burning questions about his work such as:
● How do you build a dedicated following?
● How do you make money off a podcast?
● How do you get guests?
● How can I land more speaking gigs?
● What does a Polish man give his wife on their wedding night that’s long and hard?
Dr. Farran has built a brand with his strong business sense and an entirely profane sense of
humour. He is a great example of how folks in the industry can build a business alongside their
work as a hygienist or dentist while staying true to themselves.

Episode 42: Helping make change with Martelle Coke of @BrownGirl.RDH
Monday Jun 08, 2020
Monday Jun 08, 2020
Martelle Coke, RDH is the founder and CEO of BrownGirl RDH. She shares the remarkable true story of her upbringing, which was spent in hotels, her mother selling crack to feed ten children. Martelle was responsible for raising her younger siblings. She knew from a young age that dentistry was her dream job. She worked toward that goal while raising five children, facing medical issues, and suffering physical and emotional abuse. She successfully became an RDH and started her own non-profit in spite of massive racial inequality and financial hardship.
Martelle created BrownGirl RDH, a non-profit organization promoting cultural diversity within the dental hygiene field, in April 2018. Her entrepreneurial spirit seems to arise out of a deep sense of compassion to offer assistance to people who have struggled in the same ways she did. She started the business completely out of pocket, offering scholarships with her own money. She now offers 12 scholarships a year, based on need, with no deadline attached. She hopes to increase that number to 24 scholarships a year.
As stated on browngirlRDH.org, statistics show that minorities represent less than 4% of dental hygienists. Martelle speaks about attending dental conferences and counting the few black and brown bodies in a sea of white people. She points out how black speakers at these very events are paid less than their white counterparts.
Systemic racism pervades the dental industry. We are so thankful to Martelle Coke for coming on and telling her story, and helping us understand how we can become more impactful allies to friends and colleagues of colour in our lives and in our work.
The Tooth or Dare podcast sees you, hears you and stands with you. BLACK LIVES MATTER

Melissa Sottosanti AKA The Hygiene Gangster. On this episode
of the Tooth or Dare Podcast, Melissa, a badass entrepreneur and dental hygienist, shares her
dental journey and how she built a brand and started her own business while working as an
RDH. Her website https://hygienegangster.com/ is the result of years of work learning graphic
design and business ownership. She is currently developing classes for budding entrepreneurs
in the dental industry and is in the process of publishing two children's books! She is a singular
personality and her brand speaks true to who she is.
The Hygiene Gangster shares the origin story of her name and business. She answers many of
our questions such as:
● How do you build an authentic brand?
● How should one create a business?
● What the hell is an LLC and why do I need one?
Melissa is a terrific example of how to combine one’s own interests to live a fulfilling creative and
professional career. Her advice for creative souls: Write down what you want to do, and do it, on
the side, at night, take a class. You avoid burnout in your career and build something along the
way.

Wednesday Apr 29, 2020
Amanda, a deaf dental hygenist, started her career as an NFL cheerleader. She appeared on MTV's True Life for pursuing a role as a professional cheerleader. She cheerleaded for a soccer team in Baltimore until ultimately landing a cheerleading position with the Philadelphia Eagles. Northern Virginia Community College offered Amanda guidance and hands on help to ameliorate the difficulties of being a deaf person in hygeine school. The ladies talk about finding the perfect dental home when moving to a new town and failing boards exams and the difference in examiners from test to test.
Irene found Amanda's instagram account the night before we recorded this super last min episode where Katrina wasn't even a co-host yet!
Here is the link to the photo we mentioned on Amanda's Instagram account that made Irene KNOW, we needed to share her story.

Amanda shares with us her journey of triumphs and defeats in the dental world as well as a very special announcement about her family! BONUS EPISODE!
What is up PEEPS! This week we had the pleasure of chatting with an RDH living legend. Jo-Anne Jones is a household name in the CE world. Fellow Canadian and a huge advocate for dental hygiene, oral health awareness and isn't afraid to have the word SEX in a lecture title.
This episode was recorded during dental hygiene week in Canada and smack in the middle of Oral Cancer awareness month.
Jo-Anne has some amazing knowledge to drop on oral cancer screening tools and has worked with some awesome companies that provide solutions to all dental peeps. One in particular that Irene is now obsessed with called Throat Scope. A super affordable resource for anyone to use chairside that will assist with providing better lighting for our intraoral assessments.
Throat Scope should be in all of our ops - Irene's humble opinion.

Podcast: The ZZZ Pack
Are you or a loved one not getting the sleep they deserve? This episode will give you some wow moments about airway and breathing issues.
This week we are thrilled to invite Dr. Erin Elliott to the show. Dr. Elliott specializes in dental
sleep medicine. She has spearheaded a movement in dentistry to help dentists and patients
identify the signs of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and eliminate the myriad problems caused
by this condition.
In this podcast, Dr. Erin Elliott answers tons of our questions such as:
● Can a dentist diagnose sleep apnea?
● Should a dentist or RDH tell a patient if they are at risk for broader medical conditions?
● What are the telltale signs of sleep apnea?
● Is there a special checklist a dental hygienist can use to help identify obstructive sleep
apnea?
● Could melatonin be a cause of sleep apnea?
We are pleased to present to the dental community:
The Elliott Evaluator is linked below and can be found on our website Toothordare.ca
Dr. Elliott has created a visual checklist for all dental peeps to help identify signs of sleep
apnea.
Click here to download Dr. Erin Elliott's checklist for sleep signs in the mouth.
Click the link above, print it out, and use it in your practice!
What to look for when identifying sleep apnea:
● Bruxing wear (treating the airway makes bruxing events go down)
● Scalloped tongue
● Airway swelling
● Acid Reflux
The Big 4: If a patient has a history of these, they are at risk for OSA:
● Hypertension
● Acid Reflux medication
● Anti-depressants
● Diabetes medication
Dental hygienists have an opportunity to make a life-changing difference to the health and
the well-being of patients by asking patients these simple questions. Hygienists can be powerful
educators in the time they spend by the patients’ side.

Episode 36: @DrBrianHarris Pivot points and Flexing.
Sunday Mar 22, 2020
Sunday Mar 22, 2020
Dr. Brian Harris
brian@drbrianharris.com
DM him even with 435K followers he checks every message!
Everyone goes through the shift in dentistry where they wonder what they want to do;
for Dr. Harris, it was smile design.
His wife helped him trailblaze an avenue for his social media presence, she said: "if this is what
you like, it's what you should do." Women are wise!
After Dr. Harris started branching out and doing consults via Instagram, People started reaching out
and he started virtual consults which became a very popular way of doing
smile design. His life changed after this as people started organically reaching out
through word of mouth referrals. He found a way to show what he was great at and people responded. He grew his practice
in this way through word of mouth referrals. The success was such that he started Smile Virtual.
Smile Virtual is a certification course where Dr. Harris consults dentists on how exactly to build an online
presence to build the practice that they want using video consultation software that he has created.
https://www.smilevirtual.com/
Some topics we cover with Dr. Harris' path in dentistry:
- So many dentist's miss out on being social on social media. It gives them a
chance to market to a huge audience of millennials.
- Dr. Brian Harris started giving digital consults for smile construction via Instagram
- His background at Arizona State and grew up in a family of dentists
- The day to day of his dental practice, how he shifted from general dentistry to only doing smile design cases.
- How and why you should always tell a patient if they are not a good fit. You should be honest with a patient if you feel it
won't work out.
- It's not about the money, but it's about the people, but it’s also about the money.
Dr. Brian Harris leaves us with a powerful message:
"If you have a good idea, it should be explained in 15 minutes. Don’t make it boring as F***."
We felt this was the perfect episode to drop in light of the current global events. It was a perfect depiction of how the world is adapting to a digital approach.
Our generous friends at Dentsply Sirona sponsored this live episode at Voices of Dentistry and feel the same way about going digital and allowing us to connect.
In this episode, we discuss what we ought to be doing and using when treating patients. This episode is dedicated to all the RDH perio slayers working right now.
Perhaps we all have learned lessons about risk management for ourselves and patients.
The product we discussed is the PureVac high volume evacuation system. Perhaps a good addition to your practice.
Here are some great resources to use that discusses how this product reduces aerosols exponentially AND provides a truly ergonomic way to using an HVE very different than the conventional systems.
I like this youtube video that shows how it's used and the benefits of HVE vs. standard suction https://www.dentsplysirona.com/en-gb/explore/preventive/purevac-evacuation-system.html#videoId=Gvvng8LKk7c

Listen to their latest episode with our very own host, Irene! Episode 102: Fireball Scope with Toothlife.Irene Irene is at the “shave my head” moment of opening her new dental practice in Toronto and gets some advice from these industry experts. Gina's approach is old school: She has come to the understanding that the good work and care you provide in your office will translate to great reviews and happy patients. She has curated a presence in her community that does not rely on internet marketing. An efficient office structure has led to the organic growth of her practice and how she created Yapi, a digital practice managmane tool with cloudbased charts and easy to use forms. Josh shares with us the newest tool he has been using called Schedule Widget that helped him gain 78 new patients in 8 months. He values ease of booking on the patient side, advocating for multiple ways for people to book appointments that cater to different types of people. When it comes down to the basics of running a dental practice, Dr. Austin advises, "Value peoples time, if we run on time, patients are thrilled. Efficiency differentiates us... Make it as easy as possible for people to sign up and be easy to work with." We talk meditation, relaxation, not shaving your head, and what to do if and when nothing goes according to plan. Huge thanks to 3M for Sponsoring this week’s episode and giving us a cool spot to record live at CDA!This week's product spotlight was developed to help patients who suffer from xerostomia.
Irene wrote a cool scientific article in the Dental Economics Magazine in the November Issue that talks all about early identification of dry mouth and salivary gland dysfunction.
3M offers a suite of products to tackle xerostomia from multiple angles. First, there is the 3M Xerostomia Relief Spray, which is a lipid-based solution designed to limit water loss, moisten, and lubricate the entire oral cavity.
This is a prescription product that can be dispensed directly out of the office or your doctor can write a prescription and send it directly to a specialty pharmacy. Many patients like to use Theramints, which are 100% xylitol-sweetened mints to stimulate their saliva throughout the day.
I strongly recommend high-risk patients have an in-office varnish with Vanish 5% sodium fluoride white varnish can be used every 3 to 6 months. Helps with sensitivity relief by releasing fluoride, calcium and phosphate for up to 24 hours.
Lastly send a patient home with Clinpro 5000, a high-fluoride toothpaste, containing their patented functionalized tri-calcium phosphate. This can be prescribed for patients to use at least once a day for caries prevention.

Thank you to our friends @Hu_Friedy for sponsoring another informative episode. This weeks highlighted instrument is the BRAND NEW HD Blackline Mirror - DIAMOND LIKE CARBON (DLC) COATED MIRROR!
The durable black matte coating reduces the glare by up to 80% compared to a standard metal mirror head and handle. This helps to reduce strain and fatigue as the user does not need to adapt their viewing position due to unwanted shine.
The black color of the coating creates a distinct contrast between the instrument, the tooth and/or the surrounding tissue allowing for easy identification intraorally.
Whitney raps out some awesome stats about this product like:
113% reflection factor for exceptional image clarity. 38.5% brighter than rhodium coated mirror glass. 50% brighter than other front surface mirror glass. Hard to beat those stats! Brighter is always better!
-----------READ MORE ABOUT THEM HERE!-------
Dr. Hughes is a wealth of knowledge and her sweet southern accent makes every word she says that much sweeter! Aside from her beautification tips like.. "how to prevent breakouts..." and "what pillow we should sleep on" Dr. Hughes is a really cool person. Her passions for dentistry drive deep into her evergrowing practice, when she's not drilling, filling or injection Dr. H has an adorable son that and a growing horse farm!
Follow her on Instagram if you need to be reminded to wash your make brushes and whiten your teeth. Hang tight to see who does a Tooth or a Dare, it's going to be awesome!

Shoutouts to our girl @Teethtalkgirl (Whitney) for celebrating a B-DAY this week! Eating cake to celebrate your girl!
Big props to Lance Timmerman (of Working Interferences Podcast) for loaning Dr. Joshua Austin (@joshuaaustindds) for an episode on TOD Pod. He will be returned unharmed and generally unchanged. Josh brings some of the Working Interferences charm and does a Reddit. Tossing in a "tough look" along with some of his classic Joshisms.
OUT GUEST IS EPIC! You may know our bro @BloodyToothGuy from Instagram as the OG carpule art gangster. One of the first to showcase his full surgeries within a story post and definitely a gangster at all things surgical.
In real life, he is JUST as epic and magical as his surgical interventions. We get to know him a little more personal and Dr. BTG answers your Instagram questions. He's a really cool dude with flair, style and lots of humour.
This episode is dedicated to Dental Nerd Supremo... We don't know who you are but thank you for giving Tooth or Dare Podcast and Working Interferences Podcast a mutual review.
